We are excited to announce that our dentist in Redondo Beach, Michael Fulbright, DDS, will be attending the latest Scientific Session from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry! Each year, dentists and dental professionals from across the country gather together to share insights, present research, and talk with one another about new and innovative techniques in the field of cosmetic dentistry. The AACD 35th Annual Scientific Session is a milestone for the organization, and continues its tradition of providing a way for the dental community to push cosmetic dentistry further into the future.
Dr. Fulbright says the four-day conference is an important annual event that ultimately helps pave the way toward more advanced, effective, and comfortable treatments:
“I feel the AACD annual meeting is a must because, as a cosmetic dentist, it is the highest standard of like-minded, cosmetically aligned dentists and ceramists in the world. Our patients benefit from the knowledge gained directly from hands-on workshops, lectures from the top cosmetic educators in the profession, and from the highly selective vendors.
As I am continuing my journey to becoming Accredited with the AACD, I will be sharpening my dental bonding skills through various bonding workshops, along with a clinical photography workshop this April. I usually choose the courses I want to attend really by what skills I want to strengthen, and/or a particular subject or emerging technique. This year, I will be sitting for the written exam at the AACD, which is one section to becoming accredited, along with case submissions.
Lastly, I always look forward to new technologies that are being presented on the showroom floor, along with visiting my favorite media company, Rosemont Media, for all my internet and social needs.”
