Dr. Michael Fulbright founded Fulbright Dental with a simple mission: to make going to the dentist feel good.
He has built his practice on a foundation of excellence and integrity, With his extensive expertise and compassionate, whole-health approach to care, Dr. Fulbright is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients at our Redondo Beach location. With advanced training in implant dentistry, full-arch restorations, sleep apnea treatments, airway management, and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Fulbright offers a full scope of services to help you achieve optimal oral health and a beautiful smile.
Dr. Fulbright's passion for dentistry shines through in his commitment to staying at the forefront of the latest techniques and technologies with continued education. He also believes in taking a comprehensive approach to dental care, focusing on the systemic connection between your oral and overall health. By getting to know patients as individuals, Dr. Fulbright creates personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
When he's not creating stunning smiles, Dr. Fulbright enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, snowboarding, and BMX riding. His warm personality and genuine care for his patients make him a favorite among our Redondo Beach community.
Education
- Dr. Fulbright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (BS) in 1991 from the University of California, Irvine.
- In 1996, he received an additional BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California (USC).
- Dr. Fulbright earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2000 from the School of Dentistry at USC.
- He obtained post-graduate training from UCLA in the Advanced Aesthetic Continuum.
- Dr. Fulbright received training in full mouth reconstruction at the prestigious KOIS Center, one of the world’s leading dental education institutions.
- He received training from the renowned Pacific Implant Institute, enabling him to perform all aspects of full-mouth reconstruction.
- Dr. Fulbright completes more than 100 hours of continuing dental education each year, allowing him to remain abreast of the latest in dental treatments and techniques.
- He has pursued extensive additional education and training to address sleep apnea, providing a comprehensive range of options for patients.

Dr. Kevin Faist, the owner of our Manhattan Beach location, is a dedicated and highly skilled dentist with a passion for wellness-driven, patient-centered care. Known for his warm personality and commitment to excellence, Dr. Faist takes the time to understand each patient’s unique needs and smile goals, while also recognizing the essential link between oral health and overall well-being. With every visit, he ensures that patients feel comfortable and confident, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment that prioritizes each individual’s experience.
Dr. Faist’s journey in dentistry began with a strong family influence; his father, a highly respected dentist in Cleveland, Ohio, served as his primary mentor and inspiration. Prior to relocating to Southern California, Dr. Faist practiced in Chicago, where he was part of a premier, 5-star-rated private practice and had the privilege of working alongside some of the most well-respected general and cosmetic dentists in the area.
Above all, Dr. Faist’s patient care philosophy is centered around integrity, compassion, and respect. He takes the time to truly get to know his patients and always puts their interests first, recognizing that dental work can be stressful for many. By fostering a calm and comforting environment, he ensures each patient feels at ease and well-cared-for throughout their dental journey.
When he's not creating stunning smiles, Dr. Faist enjoys spending time with his wife Luisa, their young son Gabriel, and their rescue dog Luna. As a recent transplant to the South Bay, he has embraced the Southern California lifestyle and can often be found surfing or exploring the outdoors with his family. Dr. Faist's warm personality and dedication to exceptional care make him a trusted choice for all your dental needs.

- Dr. Faist received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 2008, graduating summa cum laude.
- He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated first in his class.
- Upon graduation, Dr. Faist was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society on merit of scholarship and character.
- Dr. Faist is dedicated to staying at the forefront of dentistry by regularly pursuing continuing education, allowing him to provide the most advanced and effective treatments available.

When you step into our peaceful front office, you'll be greeted by our soothing ocean-inspired decor, instantly putting you at ease. We'll welcome you with a smile and invite you to relax with an aromatherapy patch and a cozy heated neck wrap before your appointment begins.
You'll then meet with our friendly treatment coordinator, who will take the time to get to know you personally and address any questions, concerns, or fears you might have about your dental care. This is your opportunity to share what matters most to you about your oral health.
During your Oral Wellness Baseline Exam, we'll take comprehensive records and provide you with ample one-on-one time with the doctor. We take the time to really get to know you, ensuring all your questions are answered and any recommended treatments are thoroughly explained.
And if you're curious about cosmetic options like Invisalign or veneers, we can even give you a digital sneak peek of what your new smile could look like!
