Dr. Kirstin Hellmeyer, our talented associate dentist at the Redondo Beach office, brings over 25 years of experience in enhancing patients' smiles and oral health. As a skilled general dentist, Dr. Hellmeyer offers a full spectrum of dental services, from preventive care to cosmetic treatments, all delivered with a gentle touch and a caring approach.
A Southern California native, Dr. Hellmeyer earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific, San Francisco, after completing degrees in biology and psychology at the University of California-Santa Cruz. Her diverse educational background and passion for helping others contribute to her unique ability to put patients at ease and provide personalized care.
When she's not creating healthy, beautiful smiles, Dr. Hellmeyer enjoys spending time with family and friends, caring for her mother, and pursuing her love for arts and crafts. She's also an avid skier, traveler, and foodie. Dr. Hellmeyer's commitment to community shines through her involvement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Faist earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Case Western Reserve University, where he graduated first in his class. His commitment to continuing education keeps him at the forefront of the latest advancements in dentistry, allowing him to provide the most effective and efficient treatments for his patients.
When he's not creating stunning smiles, Dr. Faist enjoys spending time with his wife Luisa, their young son Gabriel, and their rescue dog Luna. As a recent transplant to the South Bay, he has embraced the Southern California lifestyle and can often be found surfing or exploring the outdoors with his family. Dr. Faist's warm personality and dedication to exceptional care make him a trusted choice for all your dental needs.
Your first visit
Nervous about your first visit? Don't be! When you step into our peaceful front office, you'll be greeted by our soothing ocean-inspired decor, instantly putting you at ease. We'll welcome you with a smile and invite you to relax with an aromatherapy patch and a cozy heated neck wrap before your appointment begins.
You'll then meet with our friendly treatment coordinator, who will take the time to get to know you personally and address any questions, concerns, or fears you might have about your dental care. This is your opportunity to share what matters most to you about your oral health.
During your Oral Wellness Baseline Exam, we'll take comprehensive records and provide you with ample one-on-one time with the doctor. We the time to really get to know you, ensuring all your questions are answered and any recommended treatments are thoroughly explained.
And if you're curious about cosmetic options like Invisalign or veneers, we can even give you a digital sneak peek of what your new smile could look like!
