From our office manager and dental hygienist, to our surgical assistant and patient care coordinator, our staff provides friendly, state-of-the-art reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry care to our patients.
Andrea — R.D.H and Myofunctional Therapist
Andrea has been a dental hygienist for over 10 years. She is laser certified through the Academy of Laser Dentistry and has extensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating periodontal disease. She also became a Myofunctional Therapist to address the root cause of many orofacial disorders! Andrea is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship with each patient. She is extremely devoted to educating patients on their individual needs.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andrea loves the outdoors! She enjoys the beach, running, hiking and spending time with her two daughters.
Christina – R.D.H
Christina graduated with honors from West Coast University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Her love for dentistry is strongly influenced by her sister who also works in the dental field as a Pediatric Dentist. She is dedicated to providing the best quality of care for her patients by keeping up to date with her continuing education courses. She is passionate about getting all her patients healthy through preventive care while maintaining a warm and welcoming chair side manner.
Christina grew up in the South Bay and currently resides in El Segundo with her husband and two fur babies, Bodhi and Ghost. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dogs, and traveling.
Katya – R.D.H
Katya graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University’s dental hygiene program in 2019. In addition, she has her bachelor’s in psychology which has allowed her to better empathize and understand her patients’ overall health. She was introduced to the dental field at a young age by her mother who is also a practicing hygienist, and her passion continued to grow from there. She strives to create a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment where she can educate her patients on their dental health and individualized needs.
Katya was raised in Bethesda, Maryland and recently moved to the South Bay where she enjoys weekly hiking and beach trips with her dog Zola.
Cynthia — R.D.A and Clinical Director
As our Clinical Director, Cynthia is responsible for onboarding and training the dental assistants and working with our hygienists to create an efficient office flow. In addition, she assists the doctors in all aspects of oral treatment from dental implant and reconstructive surgery to cosmetic dental procedures at our Redondo Beach practice. Cynthia has specialized training on Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CEREC® CAD/CAM technology, allowing our office to custom design and fabricate porcelain restorations in a single visit. Her calm demeanor during chairside assistance alleviates patients’ anxiety during dental visits.
Cynthia resides in Long Beach where she spends most of her time hanging out with her beautiful daughter.
Juan – R.D.A
Juan has been working in the field of dentistry for 17 years. He started working as a Pedodontist assistant then transitioned into general dentistry. He really enjoys interacting with older patients and will always try to find a way to make the patient comfortable and give them a pleasant experience.
On his time off, Juan enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves listening to music and coaching and refereeing AYSO soccer for kids. He donates his time on the AYSO board as Coach Administrator.
Shavae – R.D.A and Sleep Coordinator
Shavae’ has assisted doctors with her special touch in the dental field for 8 years. She is very knowledgeable of all aspects of dentistry and thoroughly enjoys sharing that knowledge with patients to help them stay healthy.
In her spare time if she isn’t with her two dogs she is more than likely creating magic in the kitchen.
Lauren — Treatment Coordinator & Team Leader (Manhattan Beach)
Lauren has been in the dental field for 10 years. She was first trained as a dental assistant and then moved her way to the front office. She epitomizes the expression, “cool, calm and collected” and is most often the voice you hear on the other line answering the phones or calling to schedule your appointment.
Lauren is a South Bay native and is currently attending El Camino College to finish her pre requisites. She is excited to eventually finish her schooling to become a dental hygienist. When not in the office or at school, Lauren likes to spend her free time playing with her nephew Leo, going to the beach with friends and attending country concerts.
Liz- Insurance Coordinator
Liz has 25+ years in the dental field, working as both a Dental Assistant and in the Front Office. Liz cares deeply for her dental community, and loves what she does. It is her goal and passion to ensure our patients understand their dental insurance policies. Her sweet temperament has earned her the title of “office mom.”
Liz lives in Torrance, and often visits Laughlin NV, where she enjoys boating. She is also into crafting, and loves spending time with her family.
Mariela – Insurance Coordinator
Mariela has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Her love for the dental field began as a child when she became curious on how cavities were developed. She began her journey in the dental field as a Dental Assistant then became a Registered Dental Assistant. With her love of learning and growing in the field she learned all aspects of dental insurance.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her family.
Michelle- Director of First Impressions and Appointment Coordinator
Michelle has been providing great customer service for over 10 years. Her goal is to continue to grow within the dental field to spread more knowledge on healthier oral care. She gives a big smile to all patients to ensure they feel comfortable in every way. Her positive energy lightens up a room!
In her free time, she likes taking long walks with her family and reading non-fiction books.
Molly — C.F.O. & C.M.O
Molly focuses on the finances as well as the strategic planning and business development for the dental practice. She is motivated by the practice vision of getting 30,000 people healthier in the South Bay and loves working with a team that is so passionate about patient care. She obtained her MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
Molly is also very involved with the community and donates her time to National Charity League and is an Associate Member of Sandpipers. She also volunteers as a Young at Art docent, which brings art back into the local elementary and middle schools. Her work with various charitable organizations including Heal the Bay, P.S. I Love You, and Any Soldier keep her grounded and grateful to be able to give back to her community. Dr. Michael Fulbright and Molly are blessed to have three healthy young children.
